How to order online
Shopping in our online shop is very easy, you just have to browse through the product categories and add the number of units of each item you are interested in to the basket. Each of the products contains a file in which we explain all the properties and characteristics of the product, along with one or more images of the product. Once all the items have been added to the basket, you can begin the process of processing and paying for the order.
There are 5 steps from this point:
- Checking all items in the basket and accessing the 2º step after clicking on “process order“.
- In this step it is necessary for the user to register, indicating an email address and clicking on “register”. If the user does not wish to register, he/she can make the purchase as a guest by simply entering an email address and clicking on “continue without registering”. However, in the next window it will be mandatory to enter the contact details and delivery address so that we can deliver the order to the customer’s address.
- Confirmation of shipping costs and additional delivery information.
- Selection of payment method.
- Confirmation of reading the general terms and conditions of sale and confirmation of payment.
The system will then display an automatic thank you message along with the tracking number of the order. In addition, the customer will receive a purchase confirmation email to their email address along with a direct link to order tracking within their customer area, which they can access whenever they wish to review all of their orders and personal information.

Laboratorio SYS will send a confirmation email to the email address indicated by the buyer, after the order notification.
Prices and Methods of Payment
The prices shown on the Laboratorio SYS website include VAT but exclude delivery charges. All prices published on our website are subject to change. No special or additional discounts will be given, except where promotions apply. The selling prices of the products are those in force at the time of entering the order, so these changes will not affect orders that have received a confirmation of purchase.
You can use Visa, Mastercard, etc. as a means of payment. We also accept PayPal and Bizum.
Deliveries
Products that require different delivery times will reflect this in their description. The product will only be dispatched once payment has been received. Delivery includes two attempts. If after these attempts, the recipient is still not at home, a notice will be left with the details of the corresponding office, where you can collect your order within a maximum period of 15 calendar days. After this period, the order will be returned to our facilities.
It is compulsory for the purchaser to provide his telephone number so that he can be contacted if necessary. Delivery of the products is deemed to have taken place when the order is delivered to the purchaser.
Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to return the order/product within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products. The products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered to the buyer. The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which the buyer (or a third party indicated by the buyer, other than the carrier) received the products. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by telephone at +34 961588570 or by sending an email to [email protected] .
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, we will refund the payments received from the date on which we are informed.
We will proceed to carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by the purchaser for the initial transaction, unless otherwise indicated by the purchaser. Laboratorio SYS will not issue a refund until we have received the products at our premises, or until the purchaser has provided proof of the return of the products. The buyer must send the products to the following address: LABORATORIO SYS, S.L. Carretera MasÃa del Juez 107. 46909 – Torrente, Valencia. The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which he/she informs us of his/her decision to cancel to send the products.
Damaged or defective products
If on delivery of an order the buyer detects that the packaging has been tampered with or damaged, please contact us indicating your name, order number and attaching images of the packaging and products received.
It is essential that the buyer keeps the damaged product in order to process the return. We will contact the buyer as soon as possible and indicate the procedure to follow to proceed with the return.
Once the goods have been received and the condition of the goods has been checked, the buyer will be paid the corresponding amount by the means of payment used in the order.
Guarantees
In the event of a defective product, Laboratorio SYS will replace/return it free of charge. Laboratorio SYS shall be liable for any lack of conformity which becomes apparent within a period of two years* from delivery.
The purchaser must inform Laboratorio SYS of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
*Our products comply with the strictest quality controls. Their formulation is prepared to last a minimum of 3 years from the date of manufacture. However, many of our products may expire within a shorter period of time from their opening. In these cases, SYS Laboratory is responsible for the product until the period indicated on the packaging (PAO) once it has been opened.
